A gorgeous place with distinctive kinds of plants. You can escape the heat in summer by resting in the shade of the trees. Be sure to check out the Ornamental Lake, where you can see swans and birds.

Beautiful gardens, even during winter. Take tram 5 to Domain station n walk towards Shrine of remembrance. Gardens is just behind. Factor in 2-3 hrs n observe d many magpie birds n water hens.

Such an amazing park with lots of things to do. One of the best Botanical Gardens in the world. Do not miss this place when in Melbourne.

Loved the small banners next to each specimen of flora and in the vicinity of every fauna. It can get a bit crowded, but its an amazing place.A walk here is always good! Ps:On Mondays its less crowded

Beautiful, awesome, quiet, peaceful, intensive, great to stay for a long ride walking, getting a nap and continue in this exacting place in the middle of the city!

So pretty in Autumn. Maple leaves galore just past entrance. A garden for all Seasons really. Try cream tea at cafe next to lake. Easy access fr city via trams. Also walking distance fr federation sq
